Choose between two options:
-
Select Use the Work Order Completed Date when calculating the next Schedule Date to make the next scheduled occurrence happen the designated amount of time after the completion date of the previous occurrence (fixed schedule).
For example, if yearly maintenance was due January 1st but it was not completed until the 3rd, the next occurrence would happen 365 days from when the maintenance was completed, on the next January 3rd.
This option determines whether a schedule is fixed or floating. Not using this option means that the next scheduled occurrence is always exactly the designated amount of time apart from the previous occurrence, regardless of when the work for each occurrence is completed (floating schedule).
This option is only available for daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly schedules, and it does not appear for time-based Fixed schedules because the next scheduled date is already determined by the setting.
-
Select Use the Meter Reading recorded with the Work Order when calculating the next Meter Interval to make the next scheduled occurrence happen based on the previously recorded meter reading.
This determines whether the meter-based schedule is fixed or floating.
-
-
Select the work order status that determines how the next schedule is calculated from the Set this when the Work Order is field.
This setting only appears for yearly schedules and meter-based schedules that use work order completion to determine the next scheduled occurrence.
